1. Preparing each piece
Every mini diorama is assembled and painted by hand, one at a time. Preparation takes up to 14 working days from confirmed payment. Only when the piece is finished and packed does it go to the courier, and that is when transit time starts.

The exact rate is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. All shipments are tracked and pieces travel in reinforced packaging because they are fragile.
3. Customs and duties outside the European Union
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are paid by the buyer on arrival. Statoflama cannot anticipate or absorb those amounts, and cannot declare the parcel at a value other than the real one. If a parcel is refused at customs, the price of the piece is refunded minus the shipping and return costs actually incurred.
4. Delivery, incidents and breakages
Please check the parcel on arrival. If it arrives damaged, note it on the courier's delivery sheet where possible and write to hola@statoflama.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece. Breakages that happen in transit are replaced or refunded in full.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because nobody is there or the address is wrong and it returns to us, the cost of a second shipment is paid by the buyer.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. To exercise it, write to hola@statoflama.com before the deadline.
- The piece must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging, protected as it was received.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the piece is faulty or does not match the order.
- We refund the amount (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return and checking its condition, using the original payment method.
- A piece returned broken because of insufficient packaging may have its refund reduced in proportion to the damage.
6. Legal guarantee
All pieces carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity for new goods. It does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or damp.
