1. Purpose and seller

These terms govern the sale of products through statoflama.com. The owner of the site and seller is identified in the legal notice. Placing an order means accepting these terms as published at that moment.

2. Products

The mini dioramas are handmade pieces: each is modelled, printed and painted by hand. Small variations in tone, finish or set design compared with the photographs are part of the nature of the piece and are not considered defects. Photographs show the actual piece whenever possible.

Each piece is made to order after purchase, which is why the preparation time applies. Pieces marked «in the workshop» cannot be bought yet; you can ask to be notified from their product page.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment is confirmed. For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the buyer.

4. How to order

1. Add the piece to your cart and click «Checkout».
2. Fill in your contact, shipping and billing details, then continue to Stripe's secure gateway to pay.
3. Once payment is complete you receive a confirmation email with your order number. That email is your proof of purchase.

No account is needed: you buy as a guest and only the details required to prepare and ship the order are requested.

5. Payment methods

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which supports credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna (deferred payment, subject to the provider’s own approval). Statoflama never receives, sees or stores your full card details.

An order is firm when Stripe confirms the charge. If payment is declined, the order is not completed.

6. Timings

Handmade preparation of up to 14 working days, plus transit time by zone. Timings are estimates given in good faith; if there is any significant delay we email you.

7. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

The conditions set out in Shipping and returns apply and form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The photographs, texts and designs on this site belong to Statoflama. The dioramas are handmade works inspired by scenes from audiovisual productions; the brands, characters and titles mentioned belong to their respective owners and are referred to for descriptive purposes only, with no commercial relationship or sponsorship.

9. Complaints and disputes

You can send any complaint to hola@statoflama.com and we will reply in writing. As a consumer you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Spanish law applies and the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
